About the Position:
We are looking for a successful, energetic, and goal-oriented marketing director to join our growing team. We need someone who knows the industry and understand our business, with the primary goal being grow the Project 615 brand.
Attributes of the Project 615 Marketing Director:
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
Furthering the mission & vision of Project 615
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising.
Design, build and maintain our paid & organic social media
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
Leading a team to help execute all marketing strategy
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Creating innovative ways to enhance the company brand
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Creating and collaborating to execute marketing content
Assisting in layout of website
Work closely with graphic design team to communicate specific marketing needs, prioritize them, and allocate resources appropriately.
Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence
Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
Multi-Tasking several projects at once
Being able to inspire and tell stories
Working directly with our Director of Events on planning company hosted events
Working directly with partners
Oversee coordination, delivery, and deployment of e-commerce assets, including site merchandising & products
Education and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in branding & marketing
Experience leading and managing people

Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Position: Full-time. 40 hours a week.
Compensation & Benefits: Salaried Position. Benefits include: two weeks paid vacation, six additional paid holidays, Medical coverage with employee contribution, and Life, Vision, Dental, and Telemedicine covered 100% by employer.
