After placing your order, you can expect to receive your Project 615 tracking number within 3-5 business days. Our fulfillment department is closed on weekends and major holidays. During the holiday season, sales or special promotions, fulfillment may take a little longer, so we kindly ask for your patience. We’ll get it to you, we promise! Once fulfilled, you should receive an email from us with a specific USPS tracking number that will give you real time updates about when your new favorite tee will arrive on your doorstep!
We do not currently offer in-store pickup for items purchased through our online store. However, you’re always welcome to call our retail store at 615-835-3588 (East Store) or 615-864-8175 (West Store) to see if the item you’re hoping to purchase online is also available in our retail store, and place your order over the phone to bypass the cost of shipping. If previously paid for, we’ll hold your order for you at the store until you can swing by and grab it!
We hope you are always over-the-moon about your purchases with Project 615, but if for some reason you need to return or exchange a tee, we’re happy to walk through that transaction with you in an efficient manner. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of your purchase and there must be no signs of your item(s) being worn or washed. All holiday, campaign, and sale items are final sale. Ultimate discretion is left to our retail associate. We will refund your purchase to the retail price, or we will exchange your product for another of the same value. Our bottom line is making YOU happy, so we are willing and able to work with you to make sure you get the Project 615 apparel you love!
Holiday, campaign, and sale items are final sale online as well. Any regular merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of RECEIVING your order as long as it has not been worn and/or washed. Simply email our Customer Service crew at email@example.com and we will send you a return label and all instructions necessary, refund your order or exchange your product for one of the same value.
We hate when the size you need is out of stock, too. We track our inventory daily, and are always working hard to keep the items you love on our shelves. It typically takes us about 7-10 business days to restock our permanent sizes and designs. Keep in mind, some of our designs are exclusive offers and will only be offered temporarily: but we’ll always let you know if that’s the case. If the size or tee you’re looking for isn’t available online, you’re always encouraged to shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our retail store at 615-835-3588 (East Store) or 615-864-8175 (West Store) to see if it’s available there. We’ll hold a product for you for 24 hours, and if you pay for an item over the phone, we’ll hold it until you can come grab it!

Washing Your Shirt:
Most of our apparel is pre-shrunk, however we always recommend following the washing instructions included on your shirt’s tag and hanging or drying our gear on “low,” to avoid any shrinkage and to ensure your favorite shirt will last.

Because of your purchase, Project 615 has been able to give away over $450,000 to world changing causes since 2010! We have also been able to hire 50 (!) people who are on the path of recovery from addiction, homelessness and mental illness. You can know when you are purchasing from Project 615, you are making a difference!
Campaigns are a temporary time where we sell an exclusive tee and give away 100% of the profits to a specific world changing cause. We’ve worked with causes working to end the HIV/AIDS + water crises in Africa, fighting homelessness, pediatric cancer, ALS, and more. Stay up to date with us as we are continually looking to help change the world, one t-shirt at a time!
We are not a registered non-profit, but a dedicated social enterprise. We’ve found that we are able to give MORE when operating as a for-profit business.
