You should hear back from a team member within 24 hours, unless it’s a weekend or a major holiday. For general inquiries, shoot an email to info@project615.org!

Shipping:

After placing your order, you can expect to receive your Project 615 gear within 3-5 business days. Our fulfillment department is closed on weekends and major holidays. During the holiday season, sales or special promotions, fulfillment may take a little longer, so we kindly ask for your patience. We’ll get it to you, we promise! Once fulfilled, you should receive an email from us with a specific USPS tracking number that will give you real time updates about when your new favorite tee will arrive on your doorstep!

In-Store Pick-Up:

We don’t currently offer in-store pickup for items purchased through our online store. However, you’re always welcome to call our retail store at 615-835-3588 to see if the item you’re hoping to purchase online is also available in our retail store, and place your order over the phone to bypass the cost of shipping. If previously paid for, we’ll hold your order for you at the store until you can swing by and grab it!

Returns/Exchanges:

In-Store:

We hope you are always over-the-moon about your purchases with Project 615, but if for some reason you need to return or exchange a tee, we’re happy to walk through that transaction with you in an efficient manner. All holiday and sale items are final sale, however all regular-sale merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase upon presentation of a receipt and the product to a retail associate, with no signs of wear-and-tear or damage by the customer. Ultimate discretion is left to our retail associate. We will refund your purchase to the retail price (excluding tax), or we will exchange your product for another of the same value. Our bottom line is making YOU happy, so we are willing and able to work with you to make sure you get the Project 615 apparel you love!

Online:

Holiday and sale items are also final sale, however all regular-sale merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of RECEIVING your order. Simply email our Customer Service crew at support@project615.org and we will send you a return label and all instructions necessary, refund your order or exchange your product for one of the same value.

Restocking:

We hate when the size you need is out of stock, too. We track our inventory daily, and are always working hard to keep the items you love on our shelves. It typically takes us about 7-10 days to restock our permanent sizes and designs. Keep in mind, some of our designs are exclusive offers and will only be offered temporarily: but we’ll always let you know if that’s the case. If the size or tee you’re looking for isn’t available online, you’re always encouraged to shoot us an email at support@project615.org or call our retail store at 615-835-3588 to see if it’s available there. We’ll hold a product for you for 24 hours, and if you pay for an item over the phone, we’ll hold it until you can come grab it!

Shirt Fit:

Most of our tees are unisex, have a super-soft “vintage” feel to them, and run true to size. You are more than welcome to check out our Sizing Chart to get the perfect fit!

Washing Your Shirt:

Most of our apparel is pre-shrunk, however we always recommend following the washing instructions included on your shirt’s tag and hanging or drying our gear on “low,” to avoid any shrinkage and to ensure your favorite shirt will last.

What Your Purchase Means:

We started Project 615 to not only come out with high quality products, we also wanted to change the world! Project 615 has been able to give away nearly $350,000 to world changing non profits! That's a lot of dough! Also, we believe in giving the gift of second chances! That's why since Project 615 was founded in 2010, we have been able to hire 50 (!) people who are on the path of recovery from addiction,  homelessness and mental illness. So thank you so much for your purchase!

Campaign Tees:

 Typically every few months, we come out with a new "campaign". Campaigns are a temporary time where we sell an exclusive tee and give away 100% of the profits to a specific world changing cause. We’ve worked with causes working to end the HIV/AIDS + water crises in Africa, fighting homelessness, feeding children suffering from hunger and more by creating exclusive tees for each campaign in which 100% of the profits benefit that specific organization. Stay up to date with us as we are continually looking to help change the world, one t-shirt at a time!

Business Type:

We are not actually a registered nonprofit, but a dedicated social enterprise. We’ve found that we are able to give MORE when operating as a for-profit business.

Volunteering, Internships and Jobs:

We aren’t currently seeking volunteers, but please feel free to drop us a line at info@project615.org if you are a college student looking for a valuable internship experience or a graduate seeking a full-time or part time job, along with your resume and a few details about WHY Project 615 is the company for you!
