The story behind our t-shirts is to employ men that are recovering from drug/alcohol addiction, mental illness & homelessness that are in the program at Set Free ministries in Nashville, TN. About the Position:  

The Customer Logistics Rep will be an essential position in overseeing our shipping department to ensure quality and efficient online order fulfillment and our monthly subscription program. Counting in new inventory for the Project 615 online store and pulling inventory for events will play a major role in day-to-day tasks. This position will also monitor our customer support in a timely manner with personality and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Being an ambassador for the mission and vision of Project 615
  • Having a “get stuff done” mentality and being a self-starter
  • Being responsible for day-to-day shipping for online order fulfillment
  • Ordering supplies for shipping department
  • Drive packages to the post office when needed
  • Counting in receiving inventory into online store
  • Making sure online store inventory counts are accurate: no design should go over a month without being counted
  • Pulling inventory for events and counting the remaining inventory back in after events
  • Being responsible for tracking and fulfillment for our monthly subscription program
  • Having a passion for quality products; helping with quality control and tracking defects
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through monitoring and responding to our customer support emails
  • Performing refunds and exchanges with quick turn-around
  • Resolving delivery issues
  • Incorporating quarterly customer surveys for retail, online, and subscription program
  • Brainstorming ways to love on our top customers
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness upstairs

  • Enjoys working alone but can also lead a team when necessary

  • Is committed to working some weekends, especially during the holiday season

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Position: Full-time. 40 hours a week. Salary position.

Timing: Willing to hire ASAP.
